William Bartz, D.O.

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. Bartz has been a Board Certified Family Physician since 2003.  After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin, he went on to the University of Kansas City College of Medicine.  Afterwards, he finished his residency with the University of Tennessee at Jackson where he achieved the resident Golden Apple Award. Dr. Bartz has been practicing medicine in McNairy County since 2003.  He enjoys dermatology and has a special interest in childhood health and disease.  In addition to practicing medicine, some of his favorite hobbies include duck hunting and fly fishing.



Andrew Eason, M.D.

Dr. Eason, the son of the late Dr. John H. Eason of Adamsville, graduated from David Lipscomb College in 1985, the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 1989, and UT Family Medicine residency of 1992.  He served as an active duty United States Air Force physician from 1992-96 achieving the rank of Major at Little Rock AFB.  Dr. Eason has practiced in McNairy County since July 1996.  He has served as an Elder at the Fourth Street Church of Christ since 2004.  His special interests include gastroenterology, excision of skin cancers, and infectious disease; but enjoys a full scope of family medicine and pediatrics.

James D. King, M.D.

Dr. King has practiced Family Medicine in Chester and McNairy counties since 1985.  He is a product of the University of Tennessee; graduating from UT-Martin, UT Medical School in Memphis, and completing his Family Medicine residency at UT Family Medicine in Jackson. Dr. King is very active in his specialty organizations and is one of only two physicians from Tennessee to serve as president of the American Academy of Family Physicians.  His special interest is chronic disease management, especially patients with diabetes, while also providing a full scope of Family Medicine services.



Timothy Linder, M.D.

Dr. Linder has practiced Family Medicine in Chester and McNairy counties since 1992.  Before moving to McNairy County, he practiced in Henderson County from 1985 to 1992 and served as the Medical Director of Emergency Services at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.  He graduated from Memphis State University, the University of Tennessee Medical School, and completed his residency at UT Family Medicine in Jackson.

Dr. Michael Smelser is a board certified internist, and has been practicing in Adamsville, TN since January 1978. He is a native of McNairy County and Cofounder (along with Dr. James King) of Prime Care Medical Center. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin and U.T. College of Medicine. He is a medical review officer, DOT examiner, aviation medical examiner, and has special interest in cardiology and industrial medicine. Dr. Smelser is Medical Director at Mcnairy County Health Center. He lives on his farm in Eastview, TN. He has two step-daughters and four grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, flying airplanes, metal working, and vegetable gardening.

Emily Cooper, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Emily is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  She attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she received her BSN.  As a RN, Emily worked in Trauma ICU at the MED and Medical and Surgical ICU at Methodist University in Memphis, TN.   She attended University of Memphis to receive of MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Since completing her FNP, Emily has worked for Prime Care attending the needs of their patients at Henderson Health and Rehab and McNairy County Healthcare Center and assisting in clinic in the Selmer and Henderson locations.

Tiffany Gray, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Tiffany is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She is a graduate of Jackson State Community College, the University of Tennessee at Martin, and Mississippi University for Women. Before becoming an FNP, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Baptist East Hospital in the CardioPulmonary Transplant Unit and The Cardiovascular ICU. After moving back to Selmer,  Tiffany worked in the McNairy Regional Hospital Emergency Room where she later became department manager.  She treats patients of all ages, from toddlers to aging adults.  Her primary focus is on prevention, wellness, and patient education.  Tiffany treats both acute and chronic illnesses as well as well-child care, including screenings and immunizations.



Cindy Jones, FNP

Cindy Sherrill Jones has been a Family Nurse Practitioner with Prime Care in Henderson for 16 years.  She previously worked in cardiology and progressive care at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and has been an RN for 29 years.  Her areas of interest include cardiology, weight loss and women's health.  In 2007, Cindy was chosen as the West Tennessee Nurse of the Year. She would like to invite everyone to Prime Care to experience our thorough, high-quality healthcare.



Natalie Evans Luttrell, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Natalie is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She was born and raised in Adamsville, TN.  She attended the University of Memphis where she received bother her BSN and MSN.  Before becoming a FNP, Natalie worked in the Trauma ICU at THE MED in Memphis, the Pediatric ICU at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and the Southern Hills ER in Nashville, TN. She also spent time as a travel nurse working in various ICUs in California and Washington. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nurses and of the AANP.  Natalie sees patients of all ages and manages both acute and chronic conditions. She also has a special interest in Women's Health.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her family.



Sherry Moore, FNP

Sherry has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1992. She graduated from Union University, University of Memphis , and the University of Alabama, Huntsville.  She sees patients of all ages, acute and chronic diseases, and wellness exams.



Andrea Mitchell, O.D.

Doctor of Optometry

Dr. Mitchell has been an Optometric Physician since 2008.  She graduated from Union University in Jackson, TN and obtained her doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA.  While pursuing her degree she interned at the Feinbloom Low Vision Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia and the VA in Johnson City, TN.  Since 2008, she has been practicing in Jackson and Lawrenceburg, TN.  A native of McNairy County, she is excited to be back in her hometown and serve the needs of her community.  In addition to routine eye exams, Dr. Mitchell also performs contact lens exams, diabetic eye exams, and helps diagnose and treat many eye diseases.



Sonia Shermpert, PT

Physical Therapist

Sonia has lived in Hardin County most all her life. She graduated from Hardin County High School and Memphis State University with a BS in Vertebrate Zoology and Minor in Physical Science. Sonia graduated from University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a BS in Physical Therapy. Since her graduation she has worked in multiple settings that include acute care, sports medicine, skilled care in both hospitals and nursing homes, schools, hospice, and outpatient care. Her passion is helping in the outpatient setting where she has spent the majority of her 27 year career in Selmer. Sonia enjoys the small town atmosphere and hopes to continue working for as long as the good Lord will allow.
